Organizations must apply during the intake period for the sector that most closely aligns with the programs and services they deliver. Annual application timelines are as follows:

• Art and Culture: Apply between Feb 1 – April 30, 2021
•  Sports: Apply between March 1 – May 31, 2021
• Parents Advisory & District Advisory Councils: Apply between April 1 – June 30, 2021 
• Environment: Apply between July 1 – August 31, 2021
• Public Safety: Apply between July 1 – August 31, 2021
• Human and  Social Services: Apply between June 1- November 30, 2021
